We are not tied to specific suppliers and use a variety of contractors to ensure that you always receive the best market rates. 
We only use approved contractors within their field i.e NICEIC electricians, Gas safe registered plumbers and HETAS registered contractors.

Pre-Construction programme – to schedule the design, consent and tender process and a start date for building work.
Proactive design team management to drive the design and consent process forward.
Utility management – making applications for new service supplies, meters and alterations to existing infrastructure.
Preparation of Scope of Works (Pricing document issued to contractors for pricing)
Establishing suitable contractor lists for pricing by Tender
Specialist Supplier procurement and pre-construction management
Tender process. Competitive pricing by tender followed by a detailed analysis and strategic cost negotiation that saves £1000’s. Build programme and JCT standard form of building Contract.
