1) A Clear Welcome Pack (So You’re Not Left Guessing)
Shortly after your purchase completes, we’ll provide a *Welcome Pack* designed to help you
settle in quickly and understand how the development is run.
Typically, this includes:
Key contact details (including how to reach your Development Manager and our office)
A clear outline of what Southernhay Estates manages (and what sits with the freeholder,
the RTM company, or individual leaseholders
Information about day-to-day living at the development (for example: communal areas,
contractors, reporting repairs)
Guidance on service charges, budgeting, and how payments are managed
Useful notes on building safety and compliance arrangements (where relevant)
Our aim is simple: you should know who to contact, what to expect, and how things work
without having to chase.
2) A Meeting With Your Development Manager
Every development we manage has a named Development Manager who understands the site, the residents, and the practical details that make day-to-day living run smoothly.
As part of your move-in process, we will arrange a Development Manager meeting (where possible and appropriate), to help you:
